So here I could start bitching again about how much time I spend posting in several other places and how much of my writing and time it takes and yadda yadda yadda but you don't come here for that, do you? No!You come here for my juicy rants and raves that don't involve how I write what you guys can't see BUT believe me I write a lot. I think I am going to run out of words someday and just stare blankly at the screen or the sky or something. I can also rant about how hard it is to come up with topics all in all I think my brain's being dried up by aliens... or something. Anyway it doesn't matter because what matters is that I have no clue what to write about so I'm just writing a bunch of funky stuff thank you very much. I actually had some topics a while ago but the aliens took them away so they're far gone. (I figured if others can have conspiracy theories, so can I.)

Ok the main deal is that I suffer from a mild case of ADD and my mind tends to drift to other solar planes or somewhere like that because I often have no cue what I was thinking about when I stopped listening to someone talking. This isn't always very nice, especially if you're paying lots of attention in the beginning of a class, or at least you think so, and the next thing you know is that the class is over and you have no clue whatsoever about what happened during the class. This is very, VERY frustrating and if you're not careful it can affect your grades. Add that to the fact that the same thing can happen while you're studying and then everything can go wrong, terribly wrong. Even with ADD I have managed to get really good grades in the past so it's all ok as long as you make a little extra effort. I also have to add that ADD can be a bitch when you're trying to impress someone and a couple of minutes later you have no clue about what you said or when you can't pay enough attention to what the person you're tying to impress is saying. This can also affect when you're beyond the stages of impressing and have an established relationship with the person. It sometimes takes a lot of patience from the person in question for them not to go bonkers on you (right?).

What you have to learn no matter what kind of disorder or disease or whatever you have is to live with it. ADD is not much (well at least not usually) but I have seen people with far worse things functioning like any other human being. We all have our odds and ends, none of us is perfect and chances are that in the future there will be a cataloged disorder for everything (can I hear you say yeeeeay?). If you are ok in every sense of the word then maybe there'll be a very serious disorder called "normalism" (*gasp*) or maybe ODD originality deficit disorder or something similar for that matter. Because science is a great thing and there's always and explanation for everything. Now how I went from aliens to ADD is a mystery to me but that's how all great conspiracies are built.... or aren't they? turururu turururu tu tu tu tu
