I took a day off yesterday and it felt so damn good. I just relaxed and enjoyed so it helped a lot with my stress. I have to do that more often, it felt so good. Oh and for me more often would be maybe once a month so not like the whole place is going to fall down anyway. Well onto today's topic.

Can you imagine how hard it is to be a true leader? I mean, it must be time consuming so you have to take time away from your beloved many times. You also have to handle constant bickering, attacks, complains, rumors, blah blah blah . If you're lucky enough you'll even get death threats!!! So would you be willing to be a true leader then? You have to make so many sacrifices even if you can win so much. You can be treated as a superior being by some but others will love to throw you down and step on you. While some place you at the top of the mountain other wants to beat you into a bloody pulp and sometimes the ones that placed you there are the ones that want to beat you. It's insane really.

You can also add to this that through whatever process you have to keep your feet on the ground. You can't let your head blow up like a balloon so you go flying through the sky. You have to be mature enough to handle the praise and the pressure. Oh also remember to never take things too personally because most likely at some point there will be jokes about you. We can't forget the rumors either, can we? There will be all sorts of crap about you out there and most will be lies or twisted truths. Once you're a leader you're in the eye of your community and the people around it, if you think you take shit for who and what you are now wait until then. You have to watch every step, every word, everything. Now, raise your hand if you want to be a leader.
